I can’t recommend Arthur enough! My fiancé and I were looking to buy our first home and with being first time buyers Arthur made the process easy! Not only is Arthur extremely honest but he truly cares about his clients. He went above and beyond for us and got us into our first home!

Arthur is extremely knowledgeable in the housing market and is dedicated. His expertise was a huge help for us being first time home buyers. Arthur also communicated excellently through our time together and never left us with questions unanswered. Throughout the 8 months of searching we never felt neglected or left out on our own. Having someone show up every single day and work with you through home buying was the best feeling.

Throughout the home buying experience, Arthur was extremely responsive to all of my questions and was very informative as well. he provided guidance in areas I was unsure about, and when he didn't have the most accurate answer off the top of his head, he knew exactly where to look to get the answer and relay to me or where to direct me to get the answer. He understood that my living situation needed to change in the timeframe it did and did everything he could to get me there as quick as we did. He latched on the my likes in a home and nailed it down to what I eventually ended up purchasing. He was confident in all of his replies and answers and gave me more information than I could ever hope for for a first time home-buyer not really knowing a lot of the ins and outs of the homebuying process. All-in-all. I cannot recommend Arthur more as an agent, and I will be sticking with him whenever my next move may be, as well as recommending him to anyone else in my life that needs an agent.
