I recently worked with Art on the sale of my "family home" which I had owned for 30+ years; I was emotional and anxious and Art made the entire process nearly stress free. I'll start by saying Art has superior relationship management skills; he is a true "people person" and has a gift for putting people at ease which proved invaluable in his discussions with me, with buyers' agents, attorneys, and inspectors alike. From a technical standpoint, Art has great depth and breadth of knowledge of the real estate market and the listing/selling process. From the start, Art conducted a thorough market analysis and spent a considerable amount of time talking me through his analysis, as well as the potential pros and cons of listing my house at various price points, helping me to come to a decision about the price. From there he brought in a terrific photographer who took very appealing photos of my home's interior and exterior; and Art wrote a very compelling description of my home. The open house was attended by many and Art kept me abreast of buyer interest and feedback throuhout the process. Art thoughtfully presented the offers to me and took the time to discuss the various considerations with me. Once I accepted an offer Art seamlessly coordinated and negotiated various aspects of the P&S, and eventually the closing. It was remarkable to me how seamlessly the process went thanks to Arts skill as a broker - his knowledge, expertise, relationship management ability, his attention to detail, and above all, his level of care which was genuine and constant. When I say that he made himself available to me 24x7 that is not an exaggeration - and he never made me feel like I was a bother. Honestly, I cannot say enough about the quality of Art's representation. I would recommend him to anyone and I would hire him again without hesitation.
