I had a couple other realtors I was considering. I chose Art Napolitano because he had a good knowledge of real estate in the area and I heard from a few sources that he was ethical and would would work hard on my behalf. Art listened to what my expectations were and had good suggestions to meet those expectations. Art did a great job of facilitating the process and explaining things to me. There were three offers. Art listened to what my requirements were and got me the best deal. The house sold quickly, but there were lots of challenging things to address to complete the sale. Art made a stressful situation manageable. He steered me in the right direction and was calm and reassuring all the way.
