Arthur was fantastic to work with even from 2,620 miles away!. He would do a walk through with my daughter with FaceTime so I could see the property (3 hours behind). We found a property we liked, I gave and offer, and Arthur took care of the rest. I now have a beautiful home to come to when I fly in from California! Arthur was great! This was our first home and we felt very secure during the entire process. Arthur did everything he could to answer our questions and accommodate every request. He borrowed a ladder from the neighbors so I could look in the attic, at the open house, we weren't even his clients yet! He helped guide my wife and I through the process very smoothly and was always available to help by answering questions or communicating with the sellers. Extra bonus, he often met us with a batch of delicious sugar cookies from his wife.
