AJ: La Crème de la crème in real estate business !!!

AJ is Crème de la crème, period ! Or in today's terminology GOAT ( greatest of all time). I had worked with a real estate agent from Caldwell before when I was purchasing my 1st home, supposedly a lady with 30 years experience bla bla bla and comparing AJ to other estate agents, especially to the one that "helped" me with my first home years ago, is like comparing Dec 21st night, i.e winter solstice ( the other agent) to June 21st day, i.e summer solstice ( AJ) my great agent! J Arthur is good at what he does, so professional & kind, so compassionate & patient, very punctual & knowledgeable, no pressure AT ALL, and really really just wants what's best for his client! He is the kind of agent who will give up part of his commission, if necessary, to make sure his client gets his house! THANK YOU AJ from the bottom of my heart 🙏🙏
