Patient, Responsive, and Always Looking Out for Our Best Interests

We had a long home search in Connecticut, and throughout the entire process, AJ was fantastic to work with. He was incredibly patient, always responsive, and a great communicator from start to finish. What we appreciated most was that we always felt like he was looking out for our best interests. He was an excellent guide on pricing, market conditions, and the level of competition for different homes. Rather than pushing us to make an offer, he helped us understand what each property was really worth and made sure we didn’t get caught up in the moment and overpay. There were a lot of houses, questions, and decisions along the way, and he remained patient and helpful through all of it. In the end, the long search paid off and we ended up with a home we are extremely happy with.
