From the very start Art made this process very easy. He stayed in touch with us and made sure we knew what was going on the entire time. Everything we needed to make this move possible, he communicated to the sellers. He always hed our best interest. We are a very HAPPY with our home.

Absolute pleasure working with Art. Very personable, very knowledgeable. Went above and beyond to make sure closing went smooth. Was on top of every detail throughout the whole process. We would highly recommend him to anyone.

I had the pleasure to work with Art Valentine for the selling of my home. His knowledge of the market and the business led to a timely and equable sale that far surpassed my expectations. He ensured the home was positioned in the most attractive way by leveraging his marketing tools which drove nearly 20 appointments in the first 3 days leading to multiple offers. Once an offer was accepted Art insured the closing process was smooth and efficient and kept me updated all along the way. Overall Arts professionalism personality and knowledge makes him a joy to work with so I would highly recommend him to anyone with intentions to buy or sell real estate.
