Art is experienced, professional & knowledgeable and when he does not know something, he is up front about it and works to find the answer for you. The seller/seller's agent I encountered during my home purchase were very difficult to work with but Art was very patient and professional. I felt like he was really on my side and had my best interest at heart and not just trying to make a quick sale/commission at my expense. At one point of the process, Art even suggested that I walk away from the transaction if the seller was not agreeable with some terms that we had requested - this meant that he was willing to forgo a quick sale and would have to spend additional time /start over to look for another property. He was more than willing to spend the time to look at dozens of more properties to ensure that I found the right home at the right price. Another thing I appreciated about Art was his willingness to always go back to the seller's agent with my offer, no matter how low. He was always available to take my calls and very accommodating to my schedule. Super easy and fun to work with! Great realtor to have on your side. I would definitely refer him to my friends and family. As a matter of fact, I have enlisted his service again to help my mother search for a new townhouse.
