This is my first house. It's kind of scary when you're alone purchasing a home. Art was AMAZING ! He explained everything, step by step. He kept me informed almost every day. I never questioned his honesty, not once. He is a kind, honest man. If you are wanting to buy, you MUST contact Art. I'm in my dream house, all because of Art.
One of the reasons I chose Art Holt and One Realty was because Art had told me that his boss, Alexander Halenka expected his team to go above and beyond to help me with whatever I needed help with, including my move. Art specifically told me he would get information from Uhaul regarding their cubes, which he never did. I also requested information regarding movers they were familiar with and could recommend three different times and never received that information. The sign that was placed for my condo needed to be moved per my HOA, Art had it removed and I asked several times if we could replace it somewhere else, was told it would happen and never did. Towards the end of my contract/sale, I called Alexander Halenka to see if he, Art and myself could get together and discuss the issues I felt had not been addressed. Mr. Halenka encouraged me to share the issues with him over the phone, which I did, he apologized, told me he would be speaking with Art and asked what could be done to make things right. I told him I wasn’t sure at that moment, I needed to think about it and I would get back to him later that day. When I called him later that day, he was a totally different person, defending his business and didn’t offer to correct anything or even really give me a chance to speak. It was unbelievable. Shortly after that Art called me to apologize for all that had happened, told me he wanted to make sure that it wouldn’t happen to any of his future clients. I accepted his apology. He then told me that once I got moved to send him my new address because he wanted to send me a really nice gift. I sent him my address almost a month ago and have received anything. If you‘be worked really hard and expect others to work hard for what you are going to pay them, I would not use Art or this real estate company. I am someone who believes in “Actions speak louder than words.” This is not how they operate.
Art was a pleasure to work with from the start. He always was able to make himself available when we wanted to view homes or ask questions. He is always professional, friendly, responsive, and best of all - patient! He took the time to get to know us and listen to what we were looking for, then he identified appropriate properties for us to consider. He was always prepared for our meetings and knowledgeable about his work. He always went the extra mile to get information we asked for in a timely manner. The homebuying process can be challenging, but Art made it a positive experience for us. We highly recommend him for your real estate needs.
It didn't matter what time of day or the questions being asked, Art responded with answers almost immediately. If he wasn't sure, he would give a when he would get back to us. Followed up on all items and left no outstanding issues at close. Very kind and courteous. Would highly recommend his services to anyone.
Art was very nice and professional throughout our selling experience. Three offers were made very quickly once we listed our home with him. We ended up getting asking price and closed with-in a month of the offer. We would definitely recommend Art to any person seeking a great agent to navigate the market when buying or selling a home.

We were very impressed with his real estate knowledge and what he didn’t know he always found accurate information. We consider Art a friend and would highly recommend his services. I was dreading buying a house. I reached out to 6 agent and got no response. I was so frustrated. I decided to send one more email and within moments Art called me and set up an appointment to view a home that very day. He was patient and very knowledgeable of not only searching for a home, but also all that goes into buying one. One of the many impressive things was when Art did not have an answer to my question he would not make something up to sound like he was an expert. He would respond with, “let me get back with you about that. I want to make sure I’m giving you the correct information.” Let me add, it was not often Art did not have the answer to my question. He definitely knows his stuff. And he was with me every step of the way. He would call to check in and returned calls promptly. I have bought several homes over the years (my first being some 50 years ago). Like I said I was dreading this. BUT Art made it so enjoyable I would do it again as long as he came along for the ride.
