Art is the best and we highly recommend him! Working with him was such an easy, smooth process. We couldn't have asked more from Art. He was there for us every step of the way and eased all our anxieties. He was very responsive even late at night or on the weekends when my husband texts or calls him about anything. Art made everything easy for us and lined up excellent cleaners, stagers, painters, landscaper, and everything else we needed to sell our house at the highest price! We got an offer on our first day on the market. On the third day, we accepted an offer that was higher than our listed price. Art was confident the whole time that we would sell it easily and at the price we wanted. We were also impressed with Compass Concierge and their Capital Program. Both my husband and I audibly said "wow" when everything just went through so quickly, literally seconds of signing up. Everything was so seamless and we couldn't imagine having a better experience. When it comes to knowledge, experience, and professionalism, Art is the only guy we'd want to work with.

Art was excellent! He understood exactly what I was looking for and my ideal property was only the second property he showed to me! This was big for me since I don't have much time with work travel. He is very professional but not the slightest bit pushy. He worked with me like a consultant to get the best results. There was some competition for the house, and he handled that very well ensuring my offer would be the one chosen while not having to break the bank. Art was referred to me and was told he was first class. The referrer was right!

My wife and I went through the homebuying process for the first time. We were very lucky to get in touch with Art. He explained the process well and kept us prepared for the next steps. He shared his honest opinions on homes we went to look at and didn't pressure us to to go for something we weren't sure about.
