Art was wonderful. So professional and personable. His strength is his years of experience, we went through a couple tough periods in negotiations, and he made us feel calm, and walked us through it. He made the necessary calls that resolved it quickly. He truly knows how to negotiate, and it showed. We got full price for our home. He knows this area of Edina and Linden Hills extremely well, and the pricing for homes. He has confidence and will bend over backwards for you. Just a great team he has with Chelsey.
