Mr. Broslat is a professional realtor. He gives good insight on the homes. Does his homework before showing the property you are inquiring about. I highly recommend Mr. Broslat for your realtor, a very friendly and knowledgeable person. We are very pleased with our new home. He was also our property manager of our rental before we bought our home and took care of any complaints I had by sending out a repair man in a timely manner. Absolutely no complains about his professionalism here.
