Arsen Balun

Arsen not only gave us great advice on selling our house, but was able to help make some of the improvements. We were selling our house, after we had moved to another city. He made this transition seamless. We can't recommend him enough. Thanks Arsen!!

Arsen was very knowledgeable and helped us get top dollar for our home!

Super knowledgeable in the townhouse market, excellent communication, and both agents, Arsen Balun and Allison Penner-Hurst, exceeded my expectations in every way - from start to finish, they are rock stars of the real estate world! Every question got answered, every type of help imaginable was there. Having already moved out of state, having a trustworthy real estate pair was critically important. They never once told me I was communicating too much, and I would recommend them to anyone. I am truly grateful for everything they did for me, and they sold my townhome in short order (within a couple days) and knew exactly how to keep things moving forward. Great personalities, common-sense smarts, and excellent with details of the sale and beyond!

He provided me the market price in the area where the property is and that helped me to make a decision quickly. Very nice job

Working with Arson was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Selling a home can be stressful, but he made the entire process feel smooth and reassuring. He was always quick to respond to my texts and phone calls, and I never felt out of the loop — he was there every step of the way. His guidance on the listing price was absolutely spot on, and his knowledge and confidence in the market really paid off. What meant the most to me was how well he listened. Arson truly respected my opinions and wishes about how and when I wanted to sell, and he always made me feel like my best interests were his top priority.

Arsen made the whole process beyond simple. Highly recommend. He was always available when I had questions and made everything go smooth. His knowledge is first rate!
