I went into the home buying process knowing nothing and Arron was there for me through every step of the process. We viewed nearly a dozen properties before making any offers and he not only had the patience to teach me what to look for, but had the insight from his own home buying and remodeling experience to tell me the work and associated costs to make improvements to my new home. Not to mention, Arron is a great negotiator who was able to lock in a sale price well below the appraised value and also get me credits from the seller to make improvements to small issues with the home. He also saved me from buying a home with several open permits that would have come back to haunt me had the seller not closed them out prior to closing on the house. All in all I would recommend Arron to anyone considering buying a home in Northern palm beach county, plus he is a fun guy to be around that I get along with great.
