One of my friend referred to Arpad. Arpad is an experience realtor. He has sound knowledge of market trend & local areas. His analyzing skills are extraordinary, approach is always strategic, systematic & detail oriented. I don’t remember that he ever missed any point while analyzing interested property. In addition, Arpad has tremendous patience to answer all our questions/ concerns. He always strive to exceed our expectations and to provide great service. Highly recommended!!!

Arpad did an excellent job in my buying process in West San Jose Area. This was my first home and he guided us through the process in a very systematic manner and his feedback on every property was very valuable. Based on the requirements we provided at the beginning he was able to give go/no-go for a property. On the property we bought he did a great job negotiating. He also guided us through the post offer closure process extremely well. Arpad was very accessible, hardworking and very pleasant to work with. I would chose Arpad in future as well and recommend him highly to others as well.

Arpad is a wealth of real estate knowledge and advice. He's a true professional RE agent. I look forward to working with him in the future.

Arpad truly knows his cities and neighborhoods. He's given me a pathway to deciding which areas to buy. His wealth of RE knowledge is far beyond other agents and his advice incomparable. Highly recommended!

Arpad is extremely knowledgeable with investment properties and the market trends, and he was open to answer all of my questions. You are in good hands with Arpad.

Arpad is first class. He's extremely knowledgeable and he honestly just wants to do what's best for his client. I'd definitely work with him again and I'd recommend him to my family. Simply put, he's awesome!

I found Arpad to be very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. He's very savvy and creative and I genuinely felt he's always working towards my best interest. Arpad was willing to do things to help me that were outside the scope of his duties. It was a truly pleasant experience

Arpad was on top of the things during the whole house hunting and buying process. No questions remained unanswered, he always provided great and detailed explanations to all of our questions. He was also able to negotiate a great price reduction for us. Me and my husband are really grateful for all his help during our house buying process and we are looking forward for starting our family in the new house!

Arpad was never pushy or put any pressure on us for any particular house, rather he helped us research and understand the plus and minus with each home we looked at. He is thorough in his research and helped us make decisions on the houses we looked at. I will definitely Arpad to my friends and family.
