We have been looking at house market for 2 years before we bought our first house with his help, and during these 2 years we have been reach out to him million times via email, in person, phone call. He never gets tired or being impatient, and he always listens with full attention no matter how small or silly my question is and answers each question with his strategies and full considerations. He never pushes or persuade us making any decision and clear minds are important to help us to make a right choice. He is also very good at researching. When we are stocked to find out a 5 bedroom house and already envision ourselves living there, he found out some discrepancies of room counts between county records and seller's description, and researched some other potential issues related to that.
