Dealing with Arnold was a great experience. I am a little persistent and know what I like, and Arnold helped us through the whole process, no matter how pushy I got at times. Every house I wanted to see, even if it was not in our price range, he made it happen. The house we bought was actually out of the price range, but we were able to wheel and deal and Arnold made it happen. He communicated back and forth with the other realtor and helped make our dreams a reality. Every question we had, he had an answer, and if he did not have the answer, he made sure to find out. An experience that could have been horrible was just made easier by having Arnold as our agent. Our experience with Arnold Pena was excellent! Arnold was extremely helpful from the moment we first spoke to the moment he handed us the keys to our new house. He explained everything in detail, every step. He was patient and showed us all the properties we wanted to see, even when we weren't excited for a property, he still wanted us to see it. Arnold understands the value of people's money and bargains hard for his clients (us), and if things weren't quite right with the seller, he was there on the spot to correct it, for example for us, final inspection there was a discrepancy, a small one which I was willing to waive, but instead, Arnold made sure the seller corrected it, and I appreciate that he worked that hard to the end even though he didn't have to. However, it shows his great character, that of someone willing to go the extra mile. I definitely recommend Arnold, and I will be calling upon him once again.

I couldn't imagine having to the go through the process of selling and buying a home with a contingency with an inexperienced agent.
