Mr. Jerome always kept my wife and myself informed, made the process so easy, and explained information that a first time homebuyer may not be privy to. Mr. Jerome also was always available to answer home calls/emails and connected us to the necessary lenders and inspectors to get the job done in a timely fashion. Look no further!

This was my first time buying a home and I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor. I literally knew nothing AT ALL about this business and he walked me through the entire process with patience and respect. This is an individual who dedicates time to master his craft and has extensive knowledge about the market. However, the number one thing that stood out for me was his honesty and the fact that I knew he always had my back. He would never put me in a situation that wasn’t ideal for me and my family. Also, he was always available for any questions or issues I had and my calls always felt welcome no matter how much I thought I was bothering him. Outside of being a great realtor, he is just a stand up and humble guy and I can’t wait to work with him again for any future endeavors.

First time home buying made easy

My fiancee and I were lucky enough to be referred to Arnold to help us with our first time home buying experience. We went into it knowing virtually nothing about the process and Arnold guided us through the entire deal, making things easy and clear to understand as well as making sure we were looking at homes that were right for us. When we told him what we were looking for he was able to see that we were uncertain about our decision and was honest enough to tell us his opinions on it. Thanks to Arnold we were confident enough to change our direction and found the home that really fulfills everything we wanted while still staying comfortably within our budget. I never would have thought that buying a home could feel so smooth and easy, Arnold proved that it could.
