He knew a lot about the process and helped guide us through the paperwork. I would have preferred that he did more to help us find properties in the beginning. In the end everything worked out well for us.

I live out of state. Arnie went the extra miles to make sure the house was clean, ready to sell, and he helped orchestrate buyer requests as the sale progressed. Followed thru the entire process which is normal. But in this case the buyers appeared & wanted to proceed when he had a trip to Europe planned. Thanks to cell phones he went on the trip and called me several times during the closing process to make sure I signed papers correctly and that I knew what I was signing. It was like he never left.
