Armilene Burinescu

Armilene is fantastic and a true professional. I relocated from San Francisco to New York for work earlier in early 2018 and knew absolutely nothing about the rental market or neighborhoods in Manhattan. I was very busy with work at the time, but Armilene worked with my schedule (be it during lunch, after work hours, or on the weekends) to show me various neighborhoods all over Manhattan. She is bursting with knowledge about the New York housing market, and she has the patience of a saint --- even I was annoyed with myself about my indecisiveness at times. I recommend her to anyone looking for broker (and I have to my co-worker who relocated!).

Armilene was a wonderful help in both renting and buying (we used her twice). She was thoughtful and responsive, guiding us through the process both times making what can be a horrid experience (applying to rent and buy from a co-op!) into a breeze. I would recommend Armilene to friends and family.

Armilene with us for over a year in finding us a home. We were very specific in what we were looking for and had a budget that wasn’t very flexible. Armilene was so great in working within these parameters in finding us our home and was constantly on the hunt in finding us a place and never wasted our time. During the contract negotiations she was so helpful and supportive and we would not have been able to make it through that stressful time as easily, without her support and knowledge. We Highly recommend her 100% and will use her in any future home purchases .

Armilene helped us find an apartment in the UWS neighborhood of Manahattan in April of 2016. She is extremely professional and knowledgeable of all areas of real estate. I would highly recommend!

Armilene Burinescu was recommended to me by a business colleague and I could not have been any more impressed with her services! She has extensive real estate knowledge in the NYC area and was a real pleasure to work with. My company relocated me to the NYC area on short notice and I had very little knowledge of the different boroughs and where I wanted to live. Armilene asked the right questions as to what I was looking for in a residence and then showed me properties in multiple areas that would best fit my criteria, all while explaining the positives and negatives of each location (subways access, nightlife scene, crime, etc). She remained very professional and on time with all of our appointments throughout the entire process. I would definitely use her again if the need arises!
