I had already talked to another realtor however! Was not at all impressed with her. A friend of mine gave me Armidas business card. I called her 1 week later and that was the beginning of our friendship. I was immediately impressed with her knowledge of her business regarding the listing of my family home. She is a very caring person. She immediately took over and answered all my questions in a very professional and timely manner. She is amazing. I highly recommend her for any future jobs.
