Could not have been better!
Armen was our buying agent during our latest home purchase. It was a wonderful experience working with him on the purchase of our home. What we really appreciate is his communication skills, and proactivity, which allowed us to know exactly where we were in each stage of the buying process. He is very personable, and extremely generous with his time. He built rapport with the selling agent very quickly, which went a long way with negotiations. He was constantly reaching out to our lender and escrow officer to make sure all obligations were taken care of without any surprises. His efforts honestly made the entire process run smoothly and stress free. Thank you Armen!
