Armen has been a tremendous help and guidance throughout the whole process. This was my first time purchasing a home and Armen was readily available and there whenever I reached out to him. His knowledge of real estate is remarkable. I had hundreds of questions and Armen would always take care of them and was very patient with me. His best interest is his clients. He negotiated very well until all parties were satisfied. I highly recommend Armen and I will definitely refer him to my own family and friends.

I had a terrible experience with my previous realtor (she gave me incorrect information multiple times), so I was looking for somebody who was experienced when I was ready to buy. Armen was that and more. I was living a 5 hour drive away and he went out of his way to accommodate my schedule to look at homes. He was very patient with all my questions and moved quickly to make offers when I found something I liked. He was always available to answer my questions via phone, text, or email, and even sat down with me to review some forms I was unsure about. And he is funny, which makes the process so much easier! Buying a home can be scary, but Armen made it as enjoyable as possible.
