First time home buyer here. Armando is very easy to work with and brings so much enthusiasm to a process than can be stressful and lengthy. He’s informative, very receptive to suggestions (which I truly appreciate), and readily accessible.

Let us start off by saying this was our first time buying a home, and Armando gave us the WHITE GLOVE service. We moved from across the country (Tampa, FL) and Armando took a LOT of stress off of our plates. He’s an amazing liaison between the builders, contractors, and all other parties involved. He really made us feel at peace from the time we decided to build, to our closing day, and beyond. His tenacity is so so so greatly appreciated and I guarantee that as long as he is selling houses, he will be representing us. If he wasn’t married already, I’d let him marry my daughter - and I don’t even have kids!!! So that says a LOT!

Armando was a pleasure to work with! He has so much knowledge in the real estate market which was great since this was our first time purchasing a home. He does a great job with finding something within your price range and listens to your concerns. Our story begins with watching Armando on Instagram posting Highland homes in Texas. Which inspired my wife and I to want to move. So we flew to the State of Texas and met Armando at the model home in Royse City. The houses were big and grand. Where you get more house for your money. Armando Nava is good at what he does. He showed maximum professionalism throughout the process. He communicated to us every step of the way. Gave us his word and lived up to it. He picks up calls from clients, It doesn’t matter the day or time. I will say we had an awesome experience overall.

Working with Armando was a pleasure. Communication was always great. He was always responsive to text messages and calls and even made himself available to meet with builders on my behalf since I was relocating to Texas and not always available. He was always optimistic, positive and forthcoming with solutions in times when the process got a bit complicated.
