Arman told me he could sell my property in 9 days with cash-only offers — and he delivered. The entire process moved quickly and smoothly, with excellent communication from both his team and the escrow company every step of the way. He listed the property on April 23 at a price we were comfortable with. By April 27, we had multiple cash offers — no open house needed. I received copies of all the bids, and on April 28 at 2:30 PM, I shook hands with the accepted buyer — just five days after listing. Escrow opened immediately, and earnest money was promptly deposited. Arman even helped us secure a large garbage bin so my wife and I could declutter and prepare to move. One of the most helpful parts: Arman negotiated for us to stay in the home for 29 days after escrow closed — for just $1.00 — giving us the time we needed to pack and transition into our new place. Escrow closed on May 7, just 10 days after accepting the offer, and we received the proceeds by May 10.
