Patient, Flexible and Willing to Go the Mile

My family and I had the opportunity to work with Arlo on our recent home purchase after a job promotion and relocation took us to South Florida. From the start, I warned him that despite his best effort to show us homes all over town, I had my heart set on a target area of in a specific neighborhood and that I would not settle until we found our dream home. Arlo went the extra mile to ensure appointments were set up quickly, contacts within our dream neighborhood were notified and best of all, he was extremely patient with our requests throughout a process that was riddled with challenge due to COVID-19 and a very competitive SFL real estate market. We are thankful for our time spent with Arlo, his attention to detail, flexibility and patience. As a reult of his hard work and patience, we landed in our dream home in our dream neighborhood.
