Arlindo Machado is a multi-licensed Broker and Owner of One Way Realty Group, LLC., in Aventura, Miami. He is also Instructor at Gold Coast School of Real Estate.
Arlindo also has a passion for teaching, educating and coaching the new generation of realtors. he guides, teaches, advises and helps new professionals with individual attention to support them in launching their careers. Arlindo provides a mentorship program that pairs new agents to experienced agents which in turn, help his new agents better structure their transactions and review real estate laws. The mentorship provides new agents with the tools to protect their licenses and better assist the public. Arlindo is dedicated to training and supporting his agents so that they may become successful in their business pursuits, something he has been accomplishing since 1990.
