Arlene started the process of representing us, the Sellers, by reaching out to me periodically over a series of months - very professionally and appropriately. Her knowledge of our particular area was outstanding, and when we finally decided to sell, Arlene earned the listing. The day we signed on, she immediately started work on selling our home, scheduling broker's open houses and marketing the property effectively. Within two weeks, over 40 brokers and clients had viewed our home, and very quickly thereafter, she brought us two vetted offers, both at or very near the Listing Price. We accepted the one that fit our needs best, and from that point on, Arlene REALLY went to work! There were no less than four different trades that needed to be brought in to repair or replace various items, and Arlene personally vetted them to find the best for each task. She then acted as a sort of general contractor in getting work done within the tight escrow period - even with the cold and snow working against us. This was no mean feat, and was our saving grace, as we are not full-timers, so we only came up to our home occasionally. There were a few late "hitches' but Arlene worked through them and escrow closed as planned, with both Buyers and Sellers very pleased.
