Arlene Ortiz

My husband and I set at to look for a vacation home last December. We saw a home that we wanted to see and Arlene was the listing agent. We contacted Arlene and an appointment was scheduled. This was the beginning of a wonderful relationship. Over the next several months, we saw many properties, it didn't matter if there was an Ice Storm the night before or on a Sunday when that was the only time we could see a listing, Arlene never canceled, she showed us the properties. She would always say, when you see the property that you like its that WOW factor , and she was right the property that we purchased in July had that WOW factor. She was very helpful with setting up our closing and consistently keeping us informed with any changes. We were so grateful for all of her help. She is not just an agent she is a friend and we would definitely recommend her to a friend or a family member. She is great.
