I had the pleasure of having Ms. Arlene Johnson as my agent to sell my house and for the purchase of my next home. Ms. Johnson went above and beyond to keep the timelines and things running smoothly to prevent any stress on my part. She offered to call a maintenance/contractor when minor things were needed to be done at my old home to get it ready for sale. She also drove out to my home on the move out date although it was an hour and a half away from her. Ms. Johnson is one of the best realtors I've worked with and I 100% recommend her services.
