We met Arlene at an Open House we attended in San Leandro. I liked her from the get-go because she was very genuine and wasn't pushy. When we met we told her we didn't really have an agent and were just looking around. I liked that she just let us browse and didn't try to take us on as clients like some of the other agents at previous open houses we had encountered. After looking around the home, I asked her a couple questions and she was open, honest, and helpful with her answers, which is just what I wanted. She asked if there was something in-particular we really wanted/ were looking for and jotted down our answers. I felt like for once someone was taking us seriously. We had bad experiences at other open houses where realtors wouldn't even welcome us or possibly assumed we weren't serious based on our age. I grabbed her business card on our way out and made a mental note to reach out to her... fast forward less than 2 months later... we are officially home owners thanks to Arlene's help!! We are so grateful to Arlene, she made this entire process pain free and smooth even during the busiest time of the year-- the holidays! As first-time home buyers, we had no idea what we were doing but luckily she recommended and introduced us to all the other people she works with who do their part throughout the buying process and they were just as awesome too! I still can't believe we found a home we love and everything went so smoothly!! THANK YOU SO MUCH ARLENE!!! I never thought we would be homeowners by the end of 2022. I cannot recommend Arlene enough...

Arlene was a pleasure to work with. As the selling agent for our old condo, she skillfully dealt with remodelers, inspectors, and a very uncooperative homeowners’ association. As the buying agent for our new townhouse, she negotiated a great price and helped us to arrange financing in record time. Arlene went above and beyond helping us. She helped quiet our anxiety about being not knowing anything about buying a new house. She kept us up to date with the process and we were never lost. We are hoping to have her help us sell our condo in South San Francisco next year.
