We felt very lucky and grateful for our realtor. She performed above and beyond our expectations, both personally and professionally. She is smart, motivated (and motivational!!), very hard working,honest and straightforward, personable, warm, responsive and knowledgable. Our mountain property/home is extremely unique and historical. We anticipated that we would need to wait for "that special buyer". Arlene sold the property within 3 weeks and at the asking price.
