Purchased a property in Leland Nc Arlene Bethell was our agent who helped us in choosing the proper location for our property. Before I tell you about Arlene, let me tell you about us. We are a family of 5 +1 part time member. We were first time buyers with a dream home criteria. Months into our search, we realize we had another criteria. Then, modified it at least 2 more times. We were THAT family. (= The indecisive, show me this and that, I like it, I hate it, there's nothing available for us, family. And through the emotions of our home purchase, Arlene gracefully faced every challenge we encountered with a good attitude. We NEVER felt pressured to see, put offers, or accept counter offers.
