The House only needed minor repairs and we had a buyer who would buy "as is." That is when the town manager started making demands. Then it was the County of San Miguel making demands and giving nonsensical advice. All this while the Department of Housing Regulations, which was closed to the public because of covid, was of no help. Arleen worked tirelessly to figure out what had to be done and getting it done. Meanwhile, she kept the buyer on board as his loan terms were extended. I didn't think it would happen. I was so surprised and happy when it did.

Without the efforts of Arleen the purchase of the house would not have happened. There were several issues with this sale that required a lot of diligence and persistence to bring the sale to closing. I worked closely with Arleen on all the issues that had to be addressed.
