The House only needed minor repairs and we had a buyer who would buy "as is." That is when the town manager started making demands. Then it was the County of San Miguel making demands and giving nonsensical advice. All this while the Department of Housing Regulations, which was closed to the public because of covid, was of no help. Arleen worked tirelessly to figure out what had to be done and getting it done. Meanwhile, she kept the buyer on board as his loan terms were extended. I didn't think it would happen. I was so surprised and happy when it did.

Arleen made great suggestions on how to "stage" our home to sell. She marketed to most online real estate search engines and showed our home on a very regular basis. She did a great job educating us on the Norwood market and letting us know what to expect as far as average time on market in the price range we were selling at. She knows the area well and who the customers are. We are grateful to have made a sale and moved into our new home!
