It was a difficult listing for several reasons, but Aric put a lot of effort into and in the end, that is what matters most. We as the sellers were in a difficult position, which created some challenges for all parties involved. But Aric guided us through the process and ultimately we landed in a good spot with the deal.
Aric seemed in a big hurry to sell my property , list price was too low, I should have pushed for closer to suggested price according to market value. Aric said he would take a cut in commission; did not happen. I come from a family of architects, real estate brokers, and land developers. I pay attention.
