Ari handled the sale of our home in 2016, and she was just what a seller would be looking for in a realtor - professional, creative, hard-working, and a great marketer. She presented us with several detailed examples of appropriate comparables, and explained why she was suggesting the listing price she did. Despite it being a buyer's market in the area at the time, she managed to highlight the differences between our home and others in a similar price range and focus on the characteristics that would differentiate ours and appeal to buyers. She was always following up and working hard to find the right buyer. She also proved to handle pressure well - when an initial buyer turned out to be shady (through no fault of hers), she was right on top of the situation, handled it professionally, and found us another buyer quickly. Once we were under contract with the ultimate buyer, she stayed on top of the process, making sure the buyer did what they needed to do, and also that we were aware of any deadlines to keep the process flowing smoothly. In the end, we ended up selling the house much faster than the market average, and for a price we were happy with. Ari is not only a pleasure to deal with, but she will not sit back and just let buyers possibly find your home online - she will go out, market, and work hard to find the buyer. Obviously, I highly recommend anyone to use her as their realtor.
