Arianna, help me through the process of acquiring my newly built home. From the start, Arianna provided me with a checklist to serve as a roadmap throughout the process. She stays in constant communication with all the stakeholders: builder, lender, etc., making sure to leverage an untoad block that will delay the process. She kept me on task with her effective communication and constant reminder of things to come up. I am also impressed with her knowledge of the market in general; she gave me some of the best advice with regards to the selection of lender and what to look for.
