During the negotiations, she got me great deals like the seller paying closing costs. When we ended up with a big hassle from the lender, she worked with me and the seller to keep getting time and not losing the home. She was there to schedule the appraisal and termite investigation on a very short notice! I am glad I had her during this time as I became a homeowner; the process is stressful and I almost gave up several times but she kept me going.
