First of all, I was a little nervous about the whole process of home buying. All the documents, searching websites for listings, gathering paperwork, etc. My agent made this all a very limited stress process. Arianna filtered out which properties were accepting VA financing which really helped to eliminate hours (days) needless web browsing and unneeded angst. She was prompt, pleasant, professional, answered all my hundreds of questions and provided a storehouse of information regarding each step of the process. From showings to the final getting the keys, I was updated and informed. There were a lot of phone calls, coordination and even the typical delays due to electronic issues but, we never were distressed or kept in the dark. Arianna has proven to be an absolute professional in every aspect of the word. The seller had a tragic event after the close date but before the key delivery. She was able to navigate the myriad of changes with ease. We could not be happier with the tremendous support and care extended to us for our needs for a new home. Finding a home to check all our boxes is not very realistic to a degree. Finding an agent who can brings education, skill and savvy to a novice buyer is. Arianna was great with showing me great homes in a short amount of time. She was the one who spotted this home first and said i would love it. I saw numerous others but came back to this one. During the negotiations, she got me great deals like the seller paying closing costs. When we ended up with a big hassle from the lender, she worked with me and the seller to keep getting time and not losing the home. She was there to schedule the appraisal and termite investigation on a very short notice! I am glad I had her during this time as I became a homeowner; the process is stressful and I almost gave up several times but she kept me going.
