Arian being a new real estate agent carried himself as a veteran. Very well informed, patient, and always available for questions via phone, text, email, and in person if needed. He was on top of every listing and had a very easy and open schedule to book showings. Trying to buy our first home during covid was tough due to the inflated market but he always kept us trying and it worked. We bought our first home. The best part is that Arian comes from a perspective of renovating a homes and renting them so he can give you educated estimates on re-sale value and cost for renovating. Definitely recommend
