Ari did an incredible amount of information gathering about the process, status of city and county inspections, and reviewing all the non-standard documents. The delivery of the information was straightforward: present the info and talk about pros/cons/strategy for moving forward. He really treat the situation like they are purchasing the property – they look out for you and have your best interests in mind.
