Argelia helped the reviewer buy this property

Argelia is very knowledgeable about the area with excellent communication skills.

Argelia understood my family's needs and her knowledge of the community and resources helped me so much in narrowing down the myriad choices that were available. She was easy to communicate with and was always able to answer my questions or research until she could find the answer. I always felt that she wanted me to find what we needed and desired rather than just trying to make a sale. Her negotiating skills were top notch all the way from writing the offer, to inspection, and through the closing hour as there were last minute items that needed to be addressed during the final walkthrough. She worked for us through the entire process. We feel assured in our choice of home and neighborhood, and we look forward to becoming a part of our new community. Anyone that utilizes her as their agent should be confident that their needs will be met and supported whether she is representing you as the buyers agent or the sellers agent. She wants to support you through this process and she truly understands the importance of the decisions you are making. She understands that these commitments are life changing, emotionally and financially. Her years of experience and expertise as a realtor were definitely advantageous to our family in assisting us in finding our forever home. I wish you all as smooth and untroubled journey as we shared with Argelia by our side. We are deeply grateful. Thank you Argelia 🤗
