Arek Manakyan

Arek helped me and my partner purchase our first home in the Park Circle area this summer. He's the best! He was very flexible with all the showings I requested. He had helpful knowledge about each home and area we looked in, and had a great eye for things to look for when walking through each house. He was super responsive with all of my questions and proactively shared information I didn't know I didn't know. He went above and beyond - for one home we were extremely interested in, he remembered a client that had rented that home during some major flooding events, contacted them, got details on how the home fared during floods, and helped us dodge a major bullet. He's also an all around good guy, and he graciously laughed at all of our weird jokes :) I have and will continue to recommend him to all of my friends.

Arek was extremely professional and knowledgeable and helped us navigate the purchase of our home with ease. We will definitely be using him for any of future real estate needs.
