Arden helped the reviewer buy this property

Well deserved 5 stars for Arden!

Arden exceeded our expectations in every way. She has a wealth of knowledge and is exceptionally outstanding in her field. She is very well connected with the top home inspectors, escrow companies, loan officers etc. and helps make the process smooth from beginning to end. She helped us find our listing agent in another state and put him through a rigorous interview to make sure he was the right one to sell our home and he delivered. When we came in from out of state to look at homes last minute, she made us a priority and showed us all the listings we wanted to see. Our youngest adult son asked her a lot of questions about real estate while we drove to the various homes, and she was very happy to share with him, and in that short time he learned a lot from her. Arden has always been available for questions, even now months after we closed on our home. She worked so hard for us and made our dreams a reality buying a new home in Idaho. She also helped our son and daughter in love buy their first home and their experience with her was equally wonderful. She appreciates every client and makes sure we all feel that appreciation. We cannot recommend Arden highly enough and wish everyone could experience the chance to work with her. Call her. You will be so glad you did.
