Arden took a subtle approach to our needs. We informed her that we were not going to look until after this summer. She sent us listings as they came up between our price range, but did not pressure us. If she did we would’ve cut ties with her. One of the listings she sent us we were very interested in and moved forward. We made an offer and she got that done even though we had a house sale contingency.
