Val and Arbi are an amazing team! Val was the lead agent that we worked with while searching for our new home so most of our interactions were with her, but when Arbi was involved he was very helpful as well. Val is the reason we are in our home now. She worked tirelessly with us and for us throughout the process. She was so supportive and honest, while giving us the space and support to make the decisions that were best for us. She never made us feel like we were taking up too much of her time (even when we were) and spent many days and hours with us looking at homes. She was a sweetheart to our kids and they loved her too! Without hesitation we would recommend Val and Arbi. They are genuine, hard working people who make a difficult process feel achievable. We wouldn't work with anyone else!

Val and Arbi are an amazing husband/wife team and we were so lucky to have worked with them as we purchased our new home this past summer. Throughout our multi-month adventure, we mostly worked with Val but we also got the chance to work with Arbi at some points. Val was very patient from day one and stuck with us to the very end until we found the perfect home. She entertained countless evening conference calls and texts at all hours of the day as questions and concerns popped up. She was never pushy and never made us feel like we were wasting her time or that she had better things to do. In fact, she always made room in her schedule to accomodate us and did so with a smile, even when we basically consumed her entire weekend. On a few occasions, Val completely rearranged meetings so that she would be there for us. The one time when she wasn't able to physically be present, she sent Arbi in her place, who was just as warm and helpful in the process. Arbi answered lots of technical questions and it is clear that he not only has a lot of knowledge, but he also has a lot of passion for what he does. After closing, Val then went above and beyond to see that our construction project was orchestrated efficiently, by meeting with the contractor and opening and/or closing the house every day since we were out of state and couldn't be there ourselves. Val and Arbi are the absolute best real estate duo out there and I would not hesitate for a moment to recommend them to any and all friends/family in the SoCal area.

Arbi and Val helped us to buy our first home. They were super helpful, made the buying process easy and assisted and supported us in every step along the way. Even long after we bought the house they were available for questions and regularly follow with us to see how we are doing in our new home. They a great realtors and especially great human beings. I’d highly recommend them to anyone who wants to buy a property.
