What sticks out in my memory is Aracely’s mindset of being on my side. There were a few things that needed attention, she communicated often regarding negotiations with the previous owner as to what would be repaired or replaced. Also, after the previous owner moved out, they left trash on the side of the house that they promised would be taken care of. Previous owner did not, but Aracely and her husband stepped up, brought their own pick up truck and cleaned up the mess. It was nice to have someone on my side for a change. I highly recommend Aracely as your next Agent of choice.

Araceli was amazing, she took the time to show us multiple homes and made us feel like family. Her patience with helping us find our forever home was beyond the scope of a regular agent trying to make a sale. When we finally found the one she made sure the proccess was seamless. We asked for certain things we wanted and she delivered. From the amount of bedrooms vs bathrooms to square footage. She also took what we were looking for and showed us other properties that were not exact but close. That was awesome, because Araceli did that we found the ONE.
