Aracely is a true pro. Don't let that tiny 90lb frame fool ya. She was patient with us and treated us the same way she treats her expensive Real Estate clients. She knew what we wanted in regards to schools and the area and she would not allow us to settle. <br/><br/>Fortunately, we got in at the very bottom of the market, we've only been in our home 9 months and property values are already up more than 10% in our area. It was a short sale and the appraiser called out some issues regarding a garage conversion the day before closing but she was not deterred. We got the studio knocked down and back to a garage in ONE day, closed on time. She's da "bomb-diggity" and I'd highly recommend.
