When we started looking for a house, we were a little scared because people would say it was a crazy market, that you had to submit multiple offers before you can get one accepted and even then you would get a counter offer. Well with Aracely they accepted our first offer!! Everything was way easier of what we had expected, she guided us thru the process and answer every single question we had. Now we live in our dream house!!! She's the best and I totally recomend her!!
Aracely is a god send. Being a first time homebuyer we were new to the having to buy a home but Aracely walked us through the process on the realty side and she is precise with her explaination. It took her ONE day just one day to find our home. She is an expert in the area and the market. And she is knowledgeable in FHA & Calhfa home purchases. And she got 15 out of the 16 request for repairs agreed to & completed. But the most important thing and the thing I am mostly appreciate is during the escrow process. Ecrow is a very stressful process because you do not know what is going on but with Aracely we had help. She constantly called us to update us on the house and sometimes just to call us to see how we were doing. But yea if ever plan to sell my home or buy another house I will first contact Aracely cause she is the boss when it comes to realty
