Araceli Hernandez is super approachable and really easy to work with. You can tell she shas been in the industry for a long time. Araceli ensures that she covers all angels of the sale, whether it involves making on the spot phone calls and even asking the tough questions to the buyers or sellers. She has a way to communicate that blew me away. She does not settle for generic answers such as "I believe so" or "I think so". She makes it a duty to ensure no stone is left unturned. For those of us that are not to savvy with purchasing homes, she makes sure to ask the questions that were brewing on my mind.
