About Ara

I studied Re Real Estate at Cal State L.A. in 1979. I wanted to know all Real estate Laws in detail before accepting the responsibility of advisement to my future clients. While I was attending to my Appraisal, Business Law, Real Estate Principals and Real Estate Financing classes at the CSULA, I discovered also that I was good in math and marketing which were the necessary ingredients in this equation. My first experience was at my College friends Real estate Office at Great Western landmark biuilding at La Cieniga & Wilshire. My first three transactions were in 90 days period and all Commercial. Retail lease on Rodeo Dr., Beverly Hills, 12U Townhouse development land sale on Van Nuys Blvd., in Sherman Oaks and Commercial Retail corner development land on Glenoaks Blvd. in Glendale. After that, it was non-stop selling Homes, Commercial properties, Apartments, Land Developments even though I came into Real Estate in one of the worst Real Estate Market with the interest rates being the highest ever (18%). Through the years following, lots of Stress, Continued Education and Patience yielded Big Successes & Satisfaction!
