"I don't possess adequate words to describe how fabulous Amber Russel is as an agent. She was so exceptional I am intimidated by the concept of trying to describe her extra care, effort and superb professionalism. For a lawyer to be without words is going some. To start with I didn't know her before this purchase. Believe it or not she actually ANSWERED HERSELF every call I made to her and there were plenty. It was a tough transaction. Most banks would not loan on the property and she knew a banker who had no hesitation. Then the HOA actually denied the sale but on her own she sweet talked the seller into paying the first years HOA fees out of escrow. She did that because she knew how important the property was to my wife. I have purchased real estate in 10 states and have had many very good realtors but you are missing it if you don't hire Amber."
